Refund policy

Every Jinx piece is made to order, by hand, just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your piece arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you ordered, reach out to us at cara@jinxjewelry.com within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can get moving quickly.

We're a small studio and every piece that leaves our hands is made with care. We want you to love what you receive, so for any questions before you order — sizing, customization, or anything else — email us first. We'd rather answer a question upfront than have you receive something that doesn't feel right.
